As a music enthusiast with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that this latest batch of releases is nothing short of extraordinary! Injury Reserve and FearDorian’s “CC Me” seems to be a promising collaboration, blending their unique styles for an intriguing listen.


As the week in music comes to a close, TopMob has rounded up the best projects for the latest installment of Best New Tracks.

This week’s headliners feature Playboi Carti, The Weeknd, and Eminem, who released the tracks “All Red” and “Dancing In The Flames”, as well as the album titled “The Death of Slim Shady (Mourner’s Edition)“. Additionally, we have contributions from Montell Fish, Joey Bada$$ along with Chloë, keshi, Sexyy Red, RiTchie with FearDorian, Suki Waterhouse, and JOBA.

Playboi Carti – “All Red”

Kicks off the preliminary launch of his upcoming album titled “MUSIC”, Playboi Carti debuts the song “All Red”. Alongside this, he’s introduced merchandise packages for the album. The new track is approximately two-and-a-half minutes long and boasts production from F1LTHY, Ojivolta, Lucian, Lukrative, and Twisco. For fans, there will be options to purchase a hoodie, T-shirt, or cap as part of the merch bundles. It’s hinted that “MUSIC” may release sometime in 2025.

The Weeknd – “Dancing In The Flames”

This week, The Weeknd releases his newest single titled “Dancing In The Flames.” The song’s official music video is directed by Anton Tammi and cinematography is handled by Erik Henrikkson using the latest iPhone 16 Pro model.

Eminem – The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)

Eminem continues his momentum from the MTV VMAs performance by releasing an extended edition of “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)”. This new version includes a grand total of four fresh tracks, which consist of one skit and two collaborations: “Fuel” with Westside Boogie and Grip, as well as “Kyrie & Luka” featuring 2 Chainz.

Sexyy Red – “U Kno What To Do/Clouted Up”

Sexyy Red introduces two fresh tracks, titled “U Kno What To Do” and “Clouted Up.” The first single is produced by Mac Fly, while the latter sees the artist collaborate once more with Shawn Ferrari, who previously worked on “Hellcats SRTs”.

Their tour across Europe and the UK begins in October, preceding the EP’s release.

Suki Waterhouse – Memoir of a Sparklemuffin

Suki Waterhouse formally releases her first full-length album titled “Memoir of a Sparklemuffin“. Regarding the title, she explains, “I stumbled upon the Sparklemuffin – it’s vibrantly colored, performs an energetic dance, and its partner may consume it if they dislike the dance. It symbolizes the dance of life we all participate in. I found the title amusing, absurd, and delightful.

Montell Fish – “What’s It Take To Be A Star?”

In anticipation of CHARLOTTE‘s upcoming release next week, Montell Fish has unveiled his latest single titled “What’s It Take to Be a Star?” He commented on the track, “When Jake (Portrait) altered the progression from my original plan for ‘What’s It Take to Be a Star?’, it was one of the few instances from the album I can recall. And it felt right, like a collision of our musical origins. I’ve always admired Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s production style, drum choices, chords, and melodies, and this composition seemed to fit within their unique realm in an odd yet fitting way,” Fish shared about the new single and his collaboration with Portrait on the project.

JOBA – RUSSELL BORING

BROCKHAMPTON member, JOBA, unveils his first solo studio album titled “RUSSELL BORING“. This personal project contains 9 tracks and pays tribute to his roots in Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. In a press statement, he shares, “My father introduced me to a vast array of music during my childhood, such as Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. My love for music has always been insatiable, and it remains so today.

keshi – Requiem

Keshi returns with his second studio album titled “Requiem“. He explains, “I chose the name for the album after a song on it, which is a tribute to a friend and collaborator who sadly passed away a couple of years ago. In classical music, a requiem is a piece played at funerals. This entire record, a testament to our joint efforts, serves as my way of honoring his memory in this way.
