The woman identified as Jane Doe claims that at a house party, she was given a drink which left her feeling disoriented, causing her to lie down. She later alleges that both Diddy and Carter entered the room, with Carter removing her clothes, pinning her down, and raping her. Furthermore, the woman states that Combs then raped her as well, forcing her to perform oral sex on him.

Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter released a strong statement in reaction to the lawsuit filed against him, calling the allegations both “malicious” and “unfounded.” It has been claimed in the initial suit that attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents several individuals with accusations against Diddy, contacted Carter prior for a potential resolution.
