According to Hayes, if Bitcoin can cling to $76,500 like a barnacle on a ship’s hull over the next two weeks, we might just see it rallying like a caffeinated racehorse. 🐎

Hayes, who has a following on X that could fill a small country (662,400 to be exact), dropped this nugget of wisdom: “Market no likey ‘Liberation Day,’ if BTC can hold $76,500 between now and US tax day April 15th, then we are out of the woods. Don’t get chopped up!” Now, I don’t know about you, but I’d rather not get chopped up, thank you very much. 🪓

He also believes that President Trump’s latest tariff announcement, which he grandly named ‘Liberation Day,’ might just be the push the Fed needs to start printing money like there’s no tomorrow. And as history has shown, when the Fed starts its money-printing spree, crypto tends to party like it’s 1999. 🎉

“Trump’s tariff formula is further evidence he is laser-focused on reversing these [global trade] imbalances. The problem for treasuries is that without [money] foreigners can’t buy bonds. The Fed and banking system must step up to ensure a well-functioning treasury market, which means [an increase in money supply].” Translation: More money, more problems—but also more Bitcoin. 💰

Hayes also points out that the US dollar is looking a bit under the weather, which could be a boon for Bitcoin and gold as investors scramble for a hedge against inflation. “The [US dollar] is weakening alongside foreigners selling US tech stocks and bringing money home. This is good for BTC and gold over medium term.” So, if you’re holding onto Bitcoin, you might just be sitting on a golden ticket. 🍫
