- Black Beacon, the upcoming anime-inspired RPG from Glohow, has launched a new global open beta
- Developed by Mingzhou Network Technology it’s described as being inspired by subculture
- Those around the world, excluding select regions, can get their hands on it for the first time today
2025 has officially begun and there are numerous major releases upcoming. One game that has piqued interest in our coverage is Glohow’s self-proclaimed anime-inspired role-playing game, Black Beacon. If you’re wondering what this means, you won’t have to for much longer as Black Beacon is set to go global with its open beta launch!
From January 8th through the 17th, you’ll have an opportunity to obtain the upcoming RPG. However, please note that this may not apply if you reside in specific regions like China, Japan, or Korea. During this period, you can experience Black Beacon’s launch build, which includes numerous core features and thrilling in-game events for your enjoyment.
Not only will your participation and feedback earn you special prizes, but merely attending grants you access to exclusive goods, and actively checking-in during the testing phase can unlock even more rewards!
Flooring it
While I’m usually a bit hesitant towards works claiming inspiration from fleeting subcultures like Black Beacon, its visually neat design catches my eye. Yet, I’m finding it hard to pinpoint what sets it apart. However, this doesn’t mean that it lacks enjoyability – you’ll only know for sure if you give it a try!
To learn about signing up and playing Black Beacon’s game on both iOS and Android devices, you can refer to the official user guidebook provided by them.
