During this period, he went to San Diego where he encountered Jeremy who introduced him to Dr. Erin Walsh, someone who seemed like an angel in his recovery process. In recounting her part in his journey, Sheykhar wrote, “I recall tears streaming involuntarily as I shared with her my desire to sing once more. I pleaded with her to help me. The first thing she said was not to blame myself for what had happened to my voice. We spoke extensively, and she managed to make me feel at ease, and eventually, she amazingly instilled in me the belief that I could sing again. This was the initial step. However, each time I attempted…I croaked and started loathing the sound of my own voice…but she remained steadfast and continued working on both my voice and my spirit.
Over time, through determination and a sunny outlook, he managed to improve his vocal abilities significantly compared to before. He attributed this progress to her, referring to her as a guardian angel, and urged his audience to embrace positivity in their lives.
