In an easy-to-understand manner: Alan Cumming and Ardross Castle remain popular hosts for the American adaptation of “The Traitors” reality TV show. Each year brings about unusual pairs, charming friendships, and intense rivalries. Now in its third season and scheduled for 2025, the recent camaraderie between Boston Rob and Dylan Efron had to come to an end when Boston Rob was eliminated. Before their official separation, the pair shared a humorous video chronicling their farewells, which has resonated well with their fans.
This season of “Peacock’s Thursday 9 pm EST Subscription Show,” streaming online, has been quite extraordinary. Starting with the unexpected delays in introducing Rob Mariano, followed by the inclusion of Derrick Levasseur and Wes Bergmann, it’s been a whirlwind. Plus, several Traitors engaging in conflicts with each other, it’s unlike anything else we’ve seen.
Amidst the tumult, numerous friendships and partnerships have emerged, such as the friendship between Boston Rob and Efron, affectionately known as a bromance. Despite discovering that his closest ally was actually an adversary, their friendship remains intact, as suggested by their joint Instagram post. The video captures a brief but poignant farewell scene in their hotel, where they each take a moment to contemplate the other before retreating to their separate rooms. Before departing, they share one final embrace in the hallway. You can watch it here:

In a way that’s reminiscent of a romantic comedy, their friendship’s growth is perfectly captured in the video. From their amusing farewells to Efron ending up in the arms of the Survivor alum, it’s a blend of silliness and warmth that has fans and fellow cast members grinning from ear to ear. They even left heartfelt messages for each other in the comments section, making it clear they’re not just partners on screen, but friends off it too.

- My man!!! Take it down!🔥🏰⚔️- bostonrobmariano
With the cunning traitor out of the castle and Efron going it alone, it’ll be intriguing to observe his next move, given the decreasing number of fellow traitors. If he decides to go solo, will he uncover another treacherous individual as he did with Bob The Drag Queen, and deal with them accordingly? The young producer found it challenging to overcome the RuPaul’s Drag Race alum without Mariano’s help, so let’s hope he learned enough from the calm and composed snake before parting ways.
In an intriguing turn of events, Bob The Drag Queen from the ‘Traitors’ show expresses his support for a contestant to win Season 3. Frankly, I find it hard to imagine things going as he predicts.
In the second half of this year’s “Traitors,” anticipation runs high, mirroring the intrigue surrounding Zac Efron’s younger brother. Though many appreciated their bromance, it didn’t win over everyone, such as Bob The Drag Queen who was eliminated because of their partnership. No one expected Tom Sandoval’s shocking rescue, eliminating the formidable Rob Mariano. One certainty remains: there are still numerous surprises and plot twists in store, hidden within Alan Cumming’s fashionably cut and stylish sleeves.
Now that Boston Rob has departed, Ardross Castle might be enjoying a bit more tranquility, with the exception of Dylan Efron, who shares a strong bond with him. However, even though Efron and fans may miss his presence, they have this amusing and unforgettable video to keep them entertained during the remainder of the season’s broadcast.
