Bremont Debuts a Duo of Terra Nova Jumping Hour Time-Tellers at Watches & Wonders 2025

This week in Geneva, I’m thrilled to be part of Bremont’s 23rd anniversary celebrations, where they unveiled a unique collection of timekeeping innovations at Watches & Wonders. While Bremont is known for its aviation-themed watches, this year they chose to shake things up a bit. Among their latest offerings are two standout Terra Nova Jumping Hour models, which also mark the debut of this complication within their field watch lineup.

To start off, we have an exclusive one-time release of a 38mm watch model made from cupro-aluminum bronze. It features a dial with open-worked design, showcasing straight cutouts for the hour, minute, and second readings. The case, finished in brushed bronze, offers both strength and longevity while developing an individualized patina as it ages, giving this practical yet stylish timekeeper a distinct personality. Only 100 of these pieces will be made available, extending the Terra Nova Bronze series that was introduced previously in the year. You can choose between a matching bronze band or a vintage-style tan leather strap to complement your look.

The second design is the Terra Nova 40.5mm Chronograph, made in both polished and brushed 904L stainless steel, featuring a sleek black dial. This piece adds a touch of elegance to the collection while preserving its military-inspired roots, with luminescent markers and Super-LumiNova® highlights for easy reading under any lighting conditions. The distinctive arrangement of the hour and minute windows offers a lively yet harmonious visual experience, and can be paired with either a matching steel band or a black leather strap.

1) Both models incorporate the powerful Jumping Hour movement, specifically the BC634 caliber, which was developed through Bremont’s unique collaboration with Sellita. With its exceptional torque and precision, this movement allows for a smooth transition of less than 1/10 second as the hour hand jumps. This mechanism offers not only precise timekeeping but also a visually engaging presentation of time, boasting a 56-hour power reserve.

The new Terra Nova Jumping Hour watches can be purchased for a price between $4,000 and $5,650 USD through Bremont.
