Burberry's Winter 2024 Campaign Spotlights the Landscapes and People of the UK and Ireland

As a gamer with a keen eye for fashion and a deep love for the British countryside, Daniel Lee’s Burberry Winter 2024 campaign truly resonates with me. Growing up in the English countryside myself, I can appreciate the raw beauty of the Lake District and how it has been tastefully incorporated into this collection.

As a passionate gamer, I’ve always admired Daniel Lee’s Burberry line. It stands out with its unique twist on classic London House designs, such as the iconic checks, houndstooth, and Savile Row-inspired patterns. Photographer Tyrone Lebon has brilliantly captured Lee’s modern interpretation of this heritage brand in his gritty campaigns, allowing the designer’s subtly rebellious silhouettes to take center stage (like the Spring 2024 collection, if you recall). For Winter 2024, I teamed up with Tyrone once again, this time in the breathtaking Lake District. The landscapes and people of the UK and Ireland served as our inspiration for these stylish portraits.

In a statement, Lee expressed that they draw inspiration from people who sport Burberry clothing and the natural, adventurous environments tied to the brand’s history. He further mentioned that The Lake District has a comforting, exploratory vibe.

The photos spotlight Burberry’s classic trenches, which appear here in moleskin, wool and leather, as well as field jackets with several layers and duffle coats lined with shearling. Kilts are done in Burberry Check wool, while double-breasted suits employ Savile Row tailoring. Bags draw inspiration from the label’s history: the Tent, for instance, is galvanized by Burberry’s fabled Equestrian Knight iconography, as is the Rocking Horse bag.

In the heart of the Lake District’s stunning natural vistas, the winter 2024 color scheme by Lee, featuring rich earthy tones like deep browns, dark greens, classic beiges, and soft custard creams, perfectly fits its surroundings.
