It appears that Capcom acknowledges there’s a post-game challenge issue with Monster Hunter World, and they plan to address it through forthcoming updates.

Capcom has shared the details of what to expect in Monster Hunter World’s second free update arriving on June 30. This includes significant weapon balance adjustments, new monsters, and improvements to PC performance that could use a bit more refinement. However, Capcom is also planning for the future beyond this point.

In their latest social media update, the company has shared plans for upcoming changes and emphasized their focus on incorporating a significant amount of user suggestions and concerns. The process will begin by enhancing the post-game content to provide a more enriching experience.

In the third update to the game in September, you’ll encounter an increased level of quest difficulty, offering exclusive rewards. These unique rewards can be utilized within a fresh Talisman crafting system, where talents are assigned at random from a wide pool…The newly created Talismans will offer a diverse array of talents, including some that are unique to Weapons and Armor, as well as randomly allocated slots for decorations. We anticipate this system will expand the variety of builds available, fostering gameplay where players customize their equipment to confront the game’s most challenging content.

In the upcoming fourth update, we’ll be introducing additional monsters and intricate challenges designed to maximize your late-game grinding experience. Additionally, features will be implemented to maintain the worth of your Artian weapons that you’ve already crafted, along with further enhancements for overall stability.
