As a seasoned urban explorer with a penchant for rugged, timeless style, I must say that Carhartt WIP’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection has me absolutely smitten! Having traversed the gritty streets of South London more times than I can count, I can appreciate the moody backdrop they’ve chosen for this campaign.

Carhartt WIP reveals their Fall/Winter 2024 Collection’s second release. In partnership with London-based photographer Finnegan Travers, this campaign highlights the gritty charm of South London as it displays both fresh season offerings and timeless staples from their core collection.

As a gamer, I’m drawn to the striking features of this collection, particularly the rich color palette that spans from soft dove grey to deep aura purple. There’s also a fresh overdyed camouflage pattern that adds a touch of melancholic vibe to the entire lineup. This modern twist on classic camo can be found on pieces such as the Duck Active Jacket, Duck Landon Pant, and Duck Detroit Jacket. The collection’s utilitarian influences are evident in women’s offerings like the denim Duck Orell Jacket and a long, cargo skirt made of poplin fabric.

Carhartt classics such as the Double-Knee Pant and Women’s OG Detroit Jacket have been revamped in fresh rinsed shades, while American Script items boast intense colors and details like heavy triple stitching and intricate two-tone embroidery. To top it off, designs inspired by the military, including the Hooded Olten Parka and Olten Bomber, complete the assortment.
