'Check Your Texts' Machine Gun Kelly And WWE's Randy Orton Are Feuding On Social Media, And Fans Are Confused About WTF Is Going On

As a long-time wrestling fan who’s seen more than my fair share of soap operas in spandex, I must say this Machine Gun Kelly-Randy Orton saga has me intrigued! The fact that it seems to be unfolding not just in the ring but also on podcasts and social media is a testament to how interconnected our world has become.

At the forthcoming WWE event, Bash In Berlin, Randy Orton is all set for a significant bout since his injury recovery. However, his thoughts aren’t entirely on Gunther due to recent remarks by Machine Gun Kelly, both on social media and on Logan Paul’s podcast. Consequently, wrestling enthusiasts are finding it hard to interpret this developing predicament.

MGK appeared on Impaulsive, and while talking to Paul about his career and life changes, he brought up an uncomfortable encounter he had with Randy Orton. The singer, whose engagement with actress Megan Fox has dominated headlines as of late, said that he recently cussed at Orton while supporting Logan Paul at a WWE event. In his words:

Yesterday in the ring, I dropped by to catch up with Logan and discuss potential plans for the show. That’s when I encountered Randy Orton. You may recall that he had spoken disrespectfully about me before, and in that moment, I decided it was time to unveil a fresh version of myself. [Takes a deep breath.] I thought, “Forget that! Hey there, asshole.”…My friends were sitting nearby, astonished [making a surprised expression] “Is this really happening?” It’s amazing how many people perceive me as the instigator in every situation, but they couldn’t be more mistaken. I dedicate myself entirely to my craft, and there’s an ironic twist to the art of simply being me that infuriates some people.

Paul appeared taken aback upon learning about the incident, expressing his surprise since he hadn’t been aware it had occurred. It seems others share his confusion too, as Randy Orton later tweeted suggesting that the musician was not telling the truth regarding their encounter. Take a look at Orton’s tweet and MGK’s subsequent responses in the image provided below:

At first, I was quite certain that when we streamed Bash In Berlin with a Peacock subscription, this scenario would unfold. It seemed almost too ideal for MGK to trash-talk another WWE wrestler on his podcast, and then unexpectedly appear and sabotage Randy Orton’s opportunity to defeat Gunther. Mack Rawden from TopMob didn’t foresee this in his Bash In Berlin predictions, but it’s a twist we’ve seen play out frequently in the WWE.

As a passionate gamer, I can’t help but recall the time when Randy Orton went head-to-head with rapper Soulja Boy online, a moment that left quite an impact. However, unlike in WWE, their confrontation seemed more like a verbal spat with no clear storyline unfolding. Similarly, I find myself uncertain about this current situation, just as many fellow wrestling enthusiasts are. Nevertheless, the intrigue is real, and we’re all eagerly waiting to see how this develops further based on these recent exchanges.

  • So, when is the match between you two gonna be scheduled??? – @HTXPhantom12
  • Weirdest beef ever even for WWE – @feelinfroggy181
  • This gotta be a work, MGK gonna interfere and cost Randy his title shot @ReloadFilth_AU

As a gamer, it feels like we’re witnessing a real-life WWE storyline, considering Machine Gun Kelly’s history with WWE. You might recall that he was already working with them before Logan Paul joined the organization. Back in 2015, he even performed at a Monday Night Raw, only to be power bombed off the stage by Kevin Owens!

I’d hate to see Randy Orton lose to Gunther due to interference from any rappers or rockers, so I’m hoping the stuff with MGK has nothing to do with his feud. It’s nice to see the superstar working full-time again, and he’s reportedly in great health after nearly having to retire following back surgery.

Instead of him finding room for a dispute with MGK, I’m really hoping his calendar is open when John Cena starts his farewell tour. It would be exciting to witness another battle between them before the legend retires, but it’s preferable if MGK stays away from that significant moment.

As we move towards Bash In Berlin on August 31st (Saturday), don’t forget to follow TopMob after the event for all the possible responses and fresh wrestling updates. It might also be interesting to watch out for MGK’s appearance in Berlin, as this could indicate the authenticity of the ongoing feud.
