Christina Hall’s Not Just Getting Along With Ex Tarek, See The Sweet Support She Sent Ant Anstead After He Landed A New Show

As a gamer who has seen more than a few rounds of “Life Simulator” games, I must say that Christina Hall’s story is nothing short of extraordinary. The drama, the split, the car thieves (now there’s a plot twist for any game), and yet she manages to maintain friendships with her exes. If only my characters in those games could do the same!

Christina Hall, known for her HGTV house flipping show, finds herself in the middle of a messy separation from Josh Hall involving financial accusations and car theft incidents. Yet, her third divorce doesn’t necessarily define her relationships with past partners. In fact, she is set to collaborate once again with her first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa on their new show “The Flip Off,” scheduled for 2025. Interestingly, Christina is also expressing support for her second ex, Ant Anstead, as he prepares to launch a new series.

Nobody can say Christina Hall doesn’t know how to stay friends with her exes. As Ant Anstead revealed his new show Born Mechanic will soon be available on the 2024 TV schedule to stream with a Max subscription, his ex-wife was quick to celebrate the big news, posting a preview to Instagram with the caption:

Hurray for Ant Anstead! His latest show, ‘Born Mechanic’, is set to debut on the 12th and 13th of this month, exclusively on Max and Discovery+. 🥳

I must say, it was truly heartwarming to witness Christina Hall extending her congratulations to Ant Anstead on his latest project, “Born Mechanic.” Although Ant is renowned for his automobile passion, he’s borrowing a leaf from his ex-wife’s book in the new series. This time, he’ll be restoring a 500-year-old farmhouse – not a car – for his parents.

It appears that the partnership between Ant Anstead and Christina Hall is reciprocal. Prior to promoting his latest TV role, it was announced that he would be featured on her upcoming HGTV series titled “The Flip Off“. Originally, Christina was scheduled to work with Josh Hall on the show, aiming to outperform Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa by finding, purchasing, renovating, and selling a house for maximum profit.

Following the divorce filings by Christina and Josh Hall in July, HGTV opted to carry on with the production of “The Flip Off” without involving Josh. It remains unclear if Christina will work solo or bring in a new partner, although many spectators hope James Bender might lend a hand. Ant Anstead, however, is not stepping into Josh Hall’s role, and the specific details of his part on “The Flip Off” are yet to be revealed.

Even though Christina Hall manages to coexist peacefully with her first two former spouses now, it doesn’t imply their divorces were free of unpleasant moments. Christina and Tarek El Moussa called it quits after seven years of marriage in 2016, following a confrontation that necessitated police intervention and involved a firearm. Remarkably, the pair continued to collaborate on Flip or Flop until 2022, despite encountering difficulties such as occasional heated exchanges on set.

Regarding Ant Anstead, who was married to the star of Christina in the Country for two years, there was a rather heated custody dispute over their son Hudson. In 2022, Anstead filed for sole custody of Hudson, which was declined, following his claims that Christina was an unsafe parent and his disapproval of her using their son in paid social media content.

It seems they’ve improved in shared parenting recently, as they express support for each other’s latest endeavors. One can ponder if this implies Christina and Josh Hall might reconcile in the future and become friends again, similar to her current relationship with Ant Anstead and Tarek El Moussa, but at present, that possibility appears remote.
