As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for both virtual and real-life sports, I’m always on the lookout for unique footwear that reflects my passion. The Nike Air DT Max ’96 “Colorado Home” and “Colorado Away” have definitely caught my eye!
Product Name: Nike Air DT Max ’96, available in “Colorado Home” and “Colorado Away” colorways
Coach Prime and the University of Colorado are preparing for their second campaign together, with the school ready to re-enter the Big 12 after departing in 2011 to join the struggling Pac-12. The Buffaloes will kick off their season as an unranked team against the North Dakota State Bison, a matchup that is expected to be one of Colorado’s less challenging games for this year.
In just a few days following the match, Nike and Deion Sanders plan to re-introduce the Air DT Max ’96 in the “Colorado Home” and “Colorado Away” color schemes. The former sports black and gold throughout its design, while the latter features white and gold accents across the shoe. Notable elements like the midfoot strap, “Diamond Turf” sockliner graphic, and multi-layered upper will be reintroduced, as these shoes were re-released this year in June.
As I write this, Nike has not yet made an official statement about when the “Colorado Home” and “Colorado Away” color schemes of Deion Sanders’ Air DT Max ’96 will be available for purchase. Keep an eye out for updates, including information on additional pairs, as we anticipate both designs to go on sale September 2 through Nike SNKRS and selected retailers, each pair priced at $170 USD.
