If the Penumbral Mark is on a Cookie, it will carry over to the nearest Cookie after the original target is eliminated, decreasing Choco Drizzle Cookie’s remaining Cooldown. The Cooldown decrease can trigger up to 3 times per battle. If the Penumbral Mark is on a non-Cookie target, the carry-over effect and a decrease in Cooldown will not be triggered. If an enemy’s HP falls below a certain level, Choco Drizzle Cookie will identify their weakness and perform Drizzle Strike immediately, dealing greater damage.
