Being the sister of Red Osmanthus Cookie and having starred in The Perfumer’s Quest, she certainly knows how to leave an impression.

Following a flower theme, Golden Osmanthus Cookie is even better than Peach Blossom Cookie when it comes to the design (in my opinion at least). As for the skills, she is just above average. Or average, depending on what other cookies you already have. If you have some top-tier ones, like Golden Cheese Cookie, Burning Spice Cookie or any of the other rarer ones, she’s less impressive.
She’s quite straightforward, and her abilities generally make her an effective supportive character in Player vs Environment (PvE), despite the fact that she is classified as a Bomber. Feel free to interpret this as you see fit.

Endow your Gold Osmanthus Cookie with an Extraordinary Spicy Biscuits that boast high Defense Reduction, Cool Down, or Attack rates. The Defense Reduction is crucial for prolonging its lifespan, allowing it to employ its skills more frequently and potentially endure longer in combat.

While she could potentially provide some helpful assistance, it seems unlikely that she would excel enough for inclusion in the Arena teams. To put it simply, she’s alright, but she might struggle against more powerful or rare opponents.
Currently, her utility is limited unless you lack a high-quality Mystic Flour Cookie or another exceptionally strong support cookie.
Should you pull Golden Osmanthus Cookie?
In my opinion, you should pull her from the gacha. You should also pull Red Osmanthus Cookie and Camellia Cookie, just to add them to the collection. They are the only ones that can equip the Resonant Fragrant Toppings right now, so it’s good to have at least a one-star copy of each one of them.
