Season after season, Coperni never fails to impress with its innovative runway shows in unconventional settings. For the last season, it brought magic to Paris Fashion Week by holding its show beneath Disneyland’s enchanting castle and launching a gaming paradise for Fall/Winter 2025.
Proceeding with the motif of colossal runways, Coperni extended invitations to hundreds of attendees at the adidas Arena in Paris. Upon their arrival, they were met with buckets full of popcorn and ready-to-serve hotdog stands. As they ventured deeper into the main hall, more than 200 gamers were seated comfortably in rolling chairs, engrossed in games ranging from Fortnite to Rocket League.
Designers Sebastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant hosted a real-life gaming tournament, or “LAN Party,” for FW25. This gathering brought together enthusiastic players to compete against each other. They modeled the event after a ’90s tradition, with models navigating through rows of gamers from all age groups in bold silhouettes that mirrored the independent spirit of modern-day Coperni women.
The fashion show started off with asymmetrical dresses and power suits featuring prominent shoulders in subdued colors, then transitioned to bold red for shiny puffed evening attire. Fur coats were paired with classic zip-up jackets, mirroring the eclectic style of gamers. This was followed by denim adorned with tribal patterns, oversized winter coats, and matching motorcycle outfits in various tones. Coperni introduced their long-awaited Tamagotchi collaboration on the runway, turning the classic handheld game into a compact purse. Lastly, they showcased Ray-Ban Meta glasses equipped with AI technology for immediate help while on the move.
