As a seasoned gamer and horror movie enthusiast who has survived countless nights of terror thanks to my trusty controller, I can’t help but feel a peculiar sense of excitement at the latest release from Crocs. The ’80s slasher icons gracing these All Terrain Clogs have me reminiscing about those sleepless nights spent huddled under the covers, too scared to play my favorite games.
Crocs is gearing up for the spooky season by launching a set of three All Terrain Clogs, which are inspired by some of the scariest movie franchises ever made.
Initially, we have the iconic ’80s horror film “Friday the 13th” being reimagined with Croslite foam uppers featuring a mix of black, white, and blood-like splatters. Joining the lineup from the same decade is the character Freddy Krueger from “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” whose distinctive green and red striped attire and blood-streaked outsole are echoed in this version. Lastly, the popular horror story “IT” by Stephen King is represented through uppers of red and white to pay tribute to the terrifying Pennywise the Clown.
Each model comes equipped with a collection of thematically significant Jibbitz, along with sturdy outsoles enriched with superior grip and traction, ventilation openings for improved breathability, adjustable heel straps with turbo technology, and insoles embellished with the killers’ silhouettes, showcasing the brand.
Have a look at the versions provided earlier. The trio is scheduled to be launched on September 13, exclusively through the Crocs official online store, with each one priced at $74.99 USD.
