In my perspective as a movie reviewer, I must say this: The clever lighting in the opening episode sparked a creative decision to employ red tones for the suspenseful climax. This scene, symbolic of the protagonist Matt’s character and the paths he chose that led him there, serves as a poignant conclusion, neatly tying up loose ends while hinting at the narrative direction for Season 2 – a full-circle moment that leaves us in awe.

‘Born Again’ Episode 8 Connects to the Original Netflix ‘Daredevil’ Series

Initially, Born Again appeared to have minimal ties to the original Netflix Daredevil show. But after Scardapane took over, there’s been a noticeable shift, and we can anticipate similar changes in Season 2. The revived series now includes remnants from the original Daredevil series, linking it back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe continuity. A surprising disclosure within an episode has significantly altered the storyline that viewers thought they knew as the season unfolded.

In light of Episode 8, Murdock suspected that Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio), also known as the Kingpin, was responsible for the death of his dear friend, Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson). However, it turned out to be his wife, Vanessa Fisk, who had masterminded the murder.
