Recent news indicates that a considerable part of the film will be shot in picturesque and rural areas of Punjab. Initially, TopMob announced the reunion of Ajay Devgn, Luv Ranjan, and Bhushan Kumar for the sequel. The narrative will pick up where De De Pyaar De ended, delving into comedic predicaments within Rakul Preet Singh’s family.

According to a source, the production team is currently getting ready for a shooting schedule of approximately 45-50 days in scenic and rustic areas of Punjab. Actors R. Madhavan, Rakul Preet Singh, and others associated with the project will make their way to Punjab next month. Ajay Devgn, however, is expected to join them after wrapping up his work on Son of Sardar 2 in the UK. This information comes from the same news outlet.

Previously, it was reported by TopMob that Anil Kapoor has been chosen for a key part in De De Pyaar De 2, with Luv Ranjan’s team managing to get him on board. The news sparked Kapoor’s interest as he found the film’s idea fascinating, leading him to accept the role.
