As a long-time fan of the Devil May Cry series, I must say that the addition of Legend Seeker Vergil to Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat has me absolutely thrilled! Having followed Vergil’s journey since his debut in DMC2, it’s incredible to see how far he’s come and what new tricks he brings to the table.

In Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, we’re welcoming another character to its already impressive roster – it’s a fresh take on everyone’s favorite driven swordsman, Vergil, this time around as Legend Seeker Vergil. However, what makes this specific version of Vergil stand out? Let’s explore the differences.

As a seasoned gamer, if you haven’t encountered Vergil yet, he’s Dante’s age-old rival who often walks the same path. I won’t delve into his past here, but let me tell you this – old-school fans will recognize that Legend Seeker Vergil doesn’t just swing a katana, but also a towering greatsword. And believe me, he uses it to lay some nasty debuffs on our foes!

Instead of just one Vergil, having two is certainly more beneficial. This is because Legend Seeker Vergil possesses a Doppelganger ability, which enables him to conjure a duplicate for battle.
