As a die-hard fan of Indian weddings and fashion, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I heard that Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian were attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding! And the fact that they took inspiration from none other than the ethereal Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for their looks made my heart skip a beat.

I had the privilege of attending Anant Ambani and Radhik Merchant’s magnificent wedding on July 12, 2024. The star-studded event saw celebrities from far and wide gracing us with their presence, each making a bold fashion statement in traditional Indian attire. Among them were the radiant Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian, who turned heads with their stunning desi looks, infused with a contemporary edge. Exciting news emerged afterward that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had served as the inspiration behind their wedding ensembles.

Among them is the breathtakingly elegant Aishwarya Rai, whose timeless beauty and exotic charm continue to inspire countless designers and fashion enthusiasts worldwide.

Kim donned a vibrant red lehenga saree, and Khloé adorned a golden-white one. Our stylist explained, “We aimed for a feminine Hollywood look with a contemporary twist for the sarees and lehengas. The event’s invitation requested traditional Indian attire, so we wanted to stay true to the culture while incorporating our unique style using Indian designers.”

An additional treat in the video was a peek behind the scenes at the bride and groom’s wedding location, the Jio World Centre in Mumbai. The venue was adorned with floral arrangements shaped as animals, reflecting the groom’s fondness for these creatures.
