Digital entertainment studio Brat TV is merging with Electric Monster, forming a joint company aimed at increasing their presence in the digital video industry.
The newly established organization will be known as ZATV. It will be headed by Robert Fishman, a key figure from Brat, who has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for this joint endeavor.
Fishman announces the arrival of ZATV, a platform that unites top-tier YouTube networks, offering superior content tailored for Gen Z, Alpha, and beyond. We’re thrilled about this merger and look forward to expanding our platform with more channels and features.”
(This version maintains the original meaning but rephrases it using simpler language and a conversational tone.)
The two businesses are placing their wagers on the idea that merging will expand their reach across YouTube and other social media platforms. Additionally, they will manage four separate sectors: Little Monster, a consultancy specializing in YouTube strategy; Beeline Talent, an influencer marketing branch collaborating with Snapchat’s Collab Studio; and Now Playing, a conglomerate of YouTube channels designed to assist film and television studios in promoting their content libraries.
Back in 2017, I broke out big in the online video world with my hit show for tweens, “Chicken Girls.” Lately, I’ve taken things up a notch by launching my own podcast, “The Comment Section,” which I’m excited to say is now available on Spotify. Plus, I’ve got some scary good news: I’ve acquired Eli Roth’s digital horror channel, Crypt TV! It’s been an awesome ride so far, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
The company known as Electric Monster, established in the year 2021, manages popular YouTube channels such as React, People Eat Food, and Children’s Learning Channel.
Investment groups such as Anchorage Capital, founded by Bob Shaye of New Line, and A. Capital supported Brat. On the other hand, Electric Monster received funding from the Metropolitan Partners Group.
With Fishman at the helm, the management team will be made up of high-ranking officials from both companies.
As a gamer, I’m excited to hop on board as CFO, joining the team at Electric Monster. Nuria Anson, our new Chief Content Officer from Brat TV, will be guiding the creative direction, while Nicole Iizuka takes charge of the creative side. Shannon Wachtell will be leading the way when it comes to talent management, Kevin Lee will oversee production, and Cade Hiser will be steering our strategic decisions. Tim Jablonski continues his role leading Little Monster division. Terra Sollman and Natalie Andriano from Brat TV will be spearheading sales and partnerships, with Nathan Jordan handling the podcast division. Let’s roll the dice and see where this journey takes us!
