Disney Speedstorm season 14 launches early next month

  • They’re accompanied by a new crew, events and the mid-season racers Chip ‘n Dale

The temperature is high, yet it’s even hotter on the track as Disney Speedstorm scorches its way into season 14! If you’re a fan of this popular spin-off from the Disney brand for its roster of familiar characters, then consider yourself fortunate because three fresh racers hit the pavement along with new team members and additional features in season 14, titled No Toy Gets Left Behind!

Beginning on July 3rd, it’s no surprise that the fresh racers for this season are from Disney’s popular Toy Story series! Specifically, we have Lotso (Trickster), Forky (Defender), and even Emperor Zurg (Brawler) himself. Additionally, new team members like Big Baby, Karen Beverly, and Stretch join them in the race.

Additionally, we have introduced a fresh, time-limited event style called Tales Events. These events intertwine to offer a seamless ‘continuous’ gaming experience that incorporates PvE and PvP goals, a global reward system, and a competitive leaderboard all in one. Daily rewards are included, and several Tales Events will run concurrently. Prepare for the return of a mysterious surprise with a Halloween theme.

There are plenty of other rewards to enjoy, too, as Buzz Lightyear and Bo Peep both become available as free racers for all players. Hercules, Elsa, EVE, Stitch and Goofy all race into action as Supercharged racers, while the Nightmare Before Christmas Vault makes a return, allowing you the chance to unlock Jack Skellington, Sally and Dr Finkelstein.

By the way, don’t delve too deeply now and then take a break until later in the season. That’s because the renowned pair, Chip ‘n Dale, are set to make their entrance as fresh mid-season racers during Season 14!
