Dominic Sessa To Reportedly Star as Anthony Bourdain in Biopic 'Tony'

As a gamer with a soft spot for captivating narratives, I must say I’m both excited and apprehensive about the upcoming biopic, Tony. It’s being said that the 21-year-old actor is linked with the role of the late Anthony Bourdain. Matt Johnson is slated to direct and produce, along with Star Thrower Entertainment (known for “King Richard”) and Matt Miller. Lou Howe and Todd Bartels will be responsible for scriptwriting, while Emily Rose will serve as an executive producer. A24 may also be closing a deal to own the project. Further specifics like a storyline and launch date are still undisclosed.

In the ’80s and ’90s, Anthony Bourdain worked as a chef in several New York City restaurants, including Brasserie Les Halles, which is now closed.
