However, now, it gives me an uneasy feeling, as if there’s something more sinister at play.

For a long time, the ex-employee who once worked for Diddy admits that he rationalized his position by emphasizing the productive aspects of the job: launching businesses, securing magazine covers, and constructing media stories. However, looking back, he acknowledges that he was essentially upholding an illusion, a term he refers to as “managing a phantom.” He also stated:

I convinced myself that I was performing valuable tasks, such as launching brands, designing magazine covers, and crafting stories. However, what I was truly overseeing was an illusion.
