For all you passionate anglers eagerly anticipating the thrill of exploring the solitary depths of the ocean, we have fantastic news! The long-awaited arrival of Dredge, the eerie fishing simulator, is now confirmed for February 27th, following some minor setbacks.

In Dredge, you assume the role of an unnamed fisherman navigating the waters surrounding a secluded group of islands. Your primary task is to catch fish and sell them to the island inhabitants. However, things take a turn as you manage and enhance your boat, delve into the archipelago’s enigmatic activities, and – hold on, what’s that I see lurking in the mist at night?

I previously announced that the much-awaited mobile adaptation of Dredge was pushed back to February 2025; amazingly, we’re now just a few months away from that date! The iOS App Store has been updated with this new release date, but it appears the Android Google Play listing is still pending.


Oh I do love to be beside the seaside

Beyond the typical leisurely fun of fishing, I’ve discovered that Dredge offers an intricate upgrade system that takes my gaming experience to another level. Plus, it delves into Lovecraftian horror, providing a chilling and captivating adventure. As for future downloadable content (DLC), I’m eagerly waiting for updates on what might be coming next. The main game already boasts several expansions that broaden the mysterious expanse of the archipelago.

If the stated launch date for Dredge indeed marks its final release, there’s no doubt that many of you are eagerly anticipating its arrival. Given its low-poly design and immersive visual appeal, I believe it will make a fitting addition to the collection of mobile gamers as a preferred choice.
