As a cinephile who’s been through countless film festivals and spent countless nights huddled under a blanket with my popcorn, I must say this upcoming movie season is nothing short of spectacular! With such a diverse array of genres, from horror to drama, comedy to action, there’s something for everyone.
Despite the summer movie season winding down, people are eagerly waiting to catch upcoming blockbusters at their local cinema. For years, films have been a major form of entertainment, continuously evolving and producing memorable movies such as “Night of the Living Dead”, a groundbreaking horror film, “Die Hard”, an action movie that remains popular today, and “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, which offered a unique experience around the turn of the millennium.
With films increasingly relying on Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI), they now present ideas and scenes that were once considered unattainable. These masterfully crafted movies are best experienced on the grandeur of the big screen. So far, 2024 has been a delight, boasting blockbusters such as Deadpool & Wolverine, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, and Dune: Part Two that have made a significant impact at the box office. The upcoming month will also unveil numerous other eagerly awaited theatrical releases. With this in mind, here’s a rundown of every movie set to hit cinemas in September 2024.
