Ex-Girlfriend and Alleged “Diddy” Victim Testifies How 90% of Their Sex Involved Other Men

At a federal trial in lower Manhattan on Thursday, a woman who authorities refer to as a victim of Sean “Diddy” Combs testified. She described their three-year relationship, which ended at his September arrest, as primarily consisting of long periods (nearly 90%) spent together under the influence of drugs during marathon sessions they called “freak-offs.” During these sessions, she alleged that she was compelled to engage in sexual acts with multiple male sex workers.

The individual known as Jane Doe during the court proceedings, to preserve her privacy, has been presented by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York. She alleges that a prominent rap and fashion mogul, who is currently on trial, leveraged his businesses and staff as a criminal operation to force and dominate women. These women were reportedly coerced into participating in prolonged sexual activities, known as “freak-off” marathons. The accused, who denies all charges, is said to have filmed these events while masturbating. The five-count indictment by the feds includes accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating prostitution.

During the court session resumed following lunch, Jane Doe began her testimony by disclosing an earlier detail: before developing a romantic relationship with Combs in 2021, she was involved with a man who had a complicated past with Combs. She testified that she encountered the renowned rapper at a party in Miami, which she attended along with a group of friends; one of these friends was casually dating Combs at the time, following his split with R&B singer Cassie Ventura in 2018 – a fact that became relevant as a key witness for the federal prosecutors. According to Doe, it was common knowledge among their circle that Combs had relationships with multiple women simultaneously.

During the afternoon hearing on Thursday, Doe described the blossoming and deepening relationship between the couple, starting from their charming encounter and progressing through numerous phone calls, messages, and FaceTime sessions. Notably, their bond strengthened significantly when Doe’s friend, who was in a relationship with Combs, got engaged and relocated to Europe. As she testified, Combs reportedly swept her off her feet with an extended trip to Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas that lasted 15 days. They spent these days unwinding on the islands and dining on their hotel suite’s balcony while watching sunsets together. She reminisced about the bracelet he bought her, which spelled out L-O-V-E. Overall, she was captivated by their intimate relationship.

She expressed her deep feelings for Sean, mentioning that she had developed strong feelings for him. She also acknowledged that he was seeing other people, but she felt content with this arrangement since she truly admired him. Furthermore, she clarified that on his part, their relationship was never intended to be exclusive or monogamous.

During our journey, there was a brief setback I remembered: Doe accidentally took an ecstasy pill given to her by Combs which left her stunned by the powerful drug. She almost collapsed in the sand and needed to be rinsed off under a warm shower. For the rest of the 15-day trip, Doe admitted that she took ecstasy another 10 times, but in smaller doses controlled by Combs.

On Thursday, the prosecuting attorney swiftly shifted the focus of the proceedings to the point where the relationship between Doe and Combs turned sour. The attorney asked Doe to recount for the court her memories of March 21, 2021, a night when she was invited to join her first “freak-off” with Combs, which were also called “hotel nights.” After Combs’ assistants had prepared the hotel suite, Doe stated, she would put on revealing lingerie and high heels. It was then that Combs informed her a male escort named Don was arriving: someone he claimed to know well. The encounter, as described by Doe, followed a pattern familiar from Ventura’s testimony about her “freak-off” experiences; the woman and escort would pour baby oil over their bodies (12 bottles once, she said); they would then start touching; Doe began performing oral sex on Don while Combs watched, masturbating. According to Doe, it was she who tried to guide the encounter towards the bedroom of the suite. Combs objected when Doe asked for a condom, she testified, but he eventually provided one and Don and Doe proceeded to have sexual intercourse.

As a fan, I can’t help but share my perspective on Doe’s account. She once shared an unconventional evening, a “freak-off” at a hotel with Combs, which she described as a moment of pure joy. However, she also mentioned that it was something considered off-limits or forbidden, hence the term “it was taboo.

She expressed to the court, withheld by emotion, “I believed it was merely an evening of amusement; I hadn’t anticipated repeating that action.” She continued, “That event seems to have unlocked a Pandora’s Box in our relationship, one that I couldn’t close. It fundamentally changed the course of our relationship from that point onwards.

When questioned by federal prosecutors about the percentage of her sexual encounters with Combs post-May 2021, Doe informed the court that approximately 90% included participation from other men. The rapper, as per Doe’s statement to the court, proposed they spend a night in a hotel the next time they met.

“I just wanted to satisfy my partner,” she said of participating in the freak-offs.

Over the course of several months, Combs increasingly provided substantial amounts of money to Doe, whose income from marketing brands on social media was decreasing. After their first trip together to Turks and Caicos, he gave her $10,000 because she had missed out on work during their trip; later, he would usually give her $5,000 or $6,000 at a time. Similar to Ventura, Combs eventually started covering Doe’s rent for her apartment; Doe admitted this was one of the factors that made her feel pressured to engage in “freak-offs” even when she wasn’t enjoying them anymore.

“I felt obligated to perform because my partner was paying my rent,” she explained.

The idea she contemplated to generate income independently by establishing an OnlyFans account featuring lingerie and bikini content, which a friend had suggested could earn $4 million in a year through a similar service called JustFans, might have provided a sense of self-reliance. However, according to her testimony, Combs disagreed with this plan, advising her to be patient instead, saying “Let’s just give it time.” Authorities argue that this refusal to support her financial independence is an instance of coercion, intended to keep Doe financially dependent on him, thus enabling him to manipulate and force her into fulfilling his sexual desires.

At some point, Doe mentioned that she inquired of Combs whether they could cease performing “freak-offs” permanently. According to her testimony in court, his reaction was to issue threats against her means of earning a living and her residence.

Jane remembered Combs stating something along the lines of, ‘If you wish to end this relationship, that’s perfectly okay. You have three months remaining on the lease as I won’t continue paying rent,'” she shared.

Testimony from Doe is set to carry on this coming Friday, as the prosecution considers wrapping up their presentation in court.
