Salman Khan is getting ready for his upcoming movie with director Apoorva Lakhia. It’s been reported that for this film, Salman Khan intends to have a slimmer body. This movie is set in the context of the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict and is based on the popular novel, “India’s Most Fearless.” A source close to the production shared that Salman is adhering to a strict fitness regimen and working out regularly to achieve this leaner physique.
The source shared that Salman Khan is planning to sport a crew cut for the upcoming film, and he’s currently focusing on his preparation before starting filming. They aim to conduct a ‘look test’ in early July, which might be used to announce the movie. The production work is progressing actively, with the intention of beginning filming in July 2025. The initial shooting will take place in Ladakh for approximately 25 days, followed by an extended studio shoot in Mumbai. Many action sequences will be filmed at actual locations in Ladakh, with the rest being completed at a Mumbai studio. Salman Khan has set aside a significant amount of time for this project, and the team aims to finish production by November 2025, as stated by the source.
The selection process for the roles in the Galwan movie is happening right now, and they aim to bring in reputable actors to play significant parts within the film. Beyond Salman, there are three crucial characters in the film, and the casting for these roles is currently being conducted. Reports suggest that the team has auditioned several candidates, but will not be using any established talents from their own camp. Instead, they plan to elevate the film by adding more credible names, and this process appears to be happening quietly at SKF.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! Following our successful collaboration in Apoorva Lakhia’s project, it seems that Salman Khan and his Bajrangi Bhaijaan director, Kabir Khan, are all set for a reunion. In their own time, they have settled on a captivating concept, and Kabir is quietly nurturing this idea to life. If everything falls into place as planned, we can expect Salman and Kabir to join forces by the end of this year. It’s worth noting that there’s a strong 90% chance this upcoming film could be a continuation of Galwan. Additionally, discussions for Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 are already in motion, but both Salman and Kabir have made it clear that they prefer to tackle a standalone feature film before delving into the responsibility of a sequel to their 2015 hit.
