In her career within the Hindi movie business, she maintained close connections with each of her directors, even Mahesh Bhatt. However, it’s important to clarify that there was no inappropriate behavior or exploitation during casting, as sometimes happens in the industry.

The actress from “The King Uncle” inquired, “Where does the concept of ‘casting couch’ not exist?” She continued by stating that it is prevalent not only in the film industry but also in banks, corporations, and other institutions. Later, she expressed, “What are you discussing? Isn’t it obvious? The casting couch has been around everywhere since the beginning of life. There have always been men and women, and the union between these two energies is something that everyone desires. That’s the story of the entire history of Earth.

The actress from Janam Kundli inquired, “So, precisely what do you mean by ‘This is bad’? In essence, if one fails to achieve their goals and neglects their potential, that’s a negative thing.” She also questioned, “What’s the fuss about the casting couch?” (In other words, she asked why there is so much controversy surrounding the casting couch issue.)

In the same conversation, she also shared her thoughts about Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur’s Aashiqui 2. Even though she acknowledged that she had seen the film, Anu expressed, “Very good, very good, meaning I didn’t want to be too harsh in my critique.”
