Exploring spiritual significance of Rasha Thadani’s first tattoo, WATCH as she follows mom Raveena Tandon’s lead

Rasha Thadani, daughter of Raveena Tandon, is well-known within Bollywood’s circle of “star-kids.” This year, she stepped into the industry with the film “Azaad,” and just like her mother, she has a fondness for tattoos. Recently, she got her first tattoo, an experience she shared with Raveena Tandon, who is famously known from “Welcome to the Jungle.” This took place only a few days ago.

A video initially shared by Kraayonz features Rasha Thadani, accompanied by her mother Raveena Tandon, as they both participate in Rasha’s first tattoo session. This popular video, currently spreading rapidly online, captures the moment when Rasha gets a butterfly with a trishul (trident) in its center inked on the back of her neck.

As an ardent admirer, I found myself nestled on a chair throughout the creative process, with Tandon meticulously overseeing every step to ensure perfection. Meanwhile, in a candid moment caught on camera, the radiant young star revealed the source of her tattoo inspiration: “Absolutely, my mother’s acceptance and love for tattoos has left an impact. However, I’ve always harbored a secret desire for one.

Remarkably, Raveena showcases the names of her children on her back as well as a tattoo with paw prints, which is a tribute to earth’s four-legged animals.

It hasn’t been detailed what specific tattoo Rasha has chosen, but given its depiction of a trident – a symbol closely tied to Lord Shiva in Hinduism – it’s evident that both Rasha and her mother hold deep spiritual reverence for the deity.

Indeed, while promoting the film “Azaad,” the newcomer was often spotted with several black bracelets around her wrists. These bracelets were a collection from every Jyotirlinga she had personally visited.

For those who might not be aware, Jyotirlingas are sacred Hindu temples devoted to Lord Shiva. At 19 years old, this actress had already visited 11 of these divine shrines. She also expressed her intention to visit the twelfth one before the year concludes.

Following Azaad’s release, it took Rasha only a couple of weeks to fulfill a long-held dream by visiting the Nageshwar temple in Gujarat. Accompanied by her mother, she shared numerous photos from this trip on social media with the heartfelt caption, “Nageshwar – my 12th Jyotirling and Dwarkadhish. Feeling blessed and grateful.

In terms of their careers, Raveena is set to appear in Welcome to the Jungle, whereas reports indicate that Rasha has secured a role in Pati Patni Aur Woh 2.
