Fans Are Obsessed With Taylor Swift's Dad Handing Out Chicken On The Eras Tour, And I Never Thought My Week Would Kick Off With Swiftie Snacks

As a long-time Swiftie who’s been through countless albums, breakups, and comebacks, I can confidently say that Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is a rollercoaster ride like no other. The anticipation, the excitement, the endless theories – it’s all part of the experience. And let me tell you, nothing quite compares to the thrill of getting a chicken tender from Papa Swift himself!

On certain days, being a Swiftie can seem like a round-the-clock occupation, and with Taylor Swift embarking on the London leg of her Eras Tour during this week, it’s certainly one of those busy times! Even though it’s only Monday, fans have been in a frenzy all weekend due to Taylor seemingly dropping hints last week that could potentially lead to the announcement of Reputation (Taylor’s Version) or another upcoming project. As the singer keeps stoking the fire of speculation, her father is adding fuel to the excitement in a more tangible way – by distributing chicken tenders to attendees – and it’s an excellent start to the week!

Supporters are extremely enthusiastic about the videos being shared from London, featuring Scott Swift catering to his daughter’s devoted fan group. A popular TikTok video even showcased fans verifying, “The chicken is of high quality,” as attendees of the Eras Tour expressed their gratitude for the Swiftie-themed treats. It’s not surprising at all to witness Taylor Swift’s father engaging with the audience in such a manner, and here’s why: He’s frequently spotted greeting fans, and he’s even utilized Travis Kelce to distribute guitar picks among concertgoers. Furthermore, it has been noted that Scott Swift occasionally brings out food from the VIP area, as one Twitter user mentioned.

Additionally, without a doubt, there are chicken tenders available in the VIP area. It’s common knowledge among Swifties that Taylor’s go-to kids menu item is her favorite dish, but I can’t say for certain how she’d react to her dad forgetting the “apparent ranch.” (“Apparent Ranch,” by the way, sounds like a fun idea for an Eras Tour tradition friendship bracelet.)

Fans were so excited to show off their tiny chicken skewers, with another posting:

However, it was discovered that apart from chicken, chicken wasn’t the sole snack provided by Papa Swift for the Swifties. Instead, photos from the recent London concerts showed cookies as another tasty treat delivered to them last week.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Swifties, performing all those antics for “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” requires a great deal of effort. So, remember this as you prepare for the last two days of the Eras Tour here in London.

Fans were disappointed on August 17th when Taylor Swift didn’t reveal her “REPUTATION” TV project after she performed “I Did Something Bad”. Typically, she announces re-releases following a performance of every song from that album during the tour, and “I Did Something Bad” was the only “REPUTATION” track missing from the playlist until Friday night.

During her performances on Monday and Tuesday, we’re not sure what surprises Taylor might have in store. However, if Scott Swift-supplied chicken isn’t an option, fans should definitely bring some popcorn along anyway. It’s highly likely that Taylor has something planned, even if it’s just a few more breadcrumbs to keep her fans guessing.
