Many posts on the game’s subreddit expressed enthusiasm about potentially catching a sneak peek of the long-awaited game at this grand football event. Some players speculated that it might even get an unexpected trailer, while others were quick to debunk such thoughts due to its high production cost. Despite Rockstar Games not being financially strained thanks to GTA Online, they did not unveil a new trailer during the Super Bowl.
Fans didn’t find it unexpected when no GTA VI trailer was unveiled, despite feeling disappointed. It’s well known that Rockstar typically takes several years to launch a new game, which some find lengthy, but the lack of any subsequent content following last year’s initial teaser is truly puzzling.

Ultimately, what’s important is that GTA VI comes out this year and is a high-quality game from the start. Rockstar has had issues with the remasters of GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas, taking a long time to rectify them. However, they made amends by delivering Red Dead Redemption in good condition and even on Switch, suggesting that they’ve learned from their mistakes.
