Viewers of CBS’ series FBI received some disappointing news last week with several cancellations, but there’s something thrilling in store for the next episode of FBI: Most Wanted on March 11, 2025, as it happens to be the 100th episode of the show. Given that milestone, the tension is expected to reach new heights… which seems to indicate a tense hour of television for characters Hana and Ethan, judging by the exclusive clip released. While Hana’s role as an FBI agent usually makes me anxious about her more than anyone else, I find myself particularly concerned about Ethan in this episode.
In the 100th episode of “FBI: Most Wanted,” titled “100%,” we find ourselves in a tense hostage situation at a Veterans Affairs hospital. An angry veteran, who appears to be unyielding, has taken hostages. Interestingly, Hana is seen without her gun during the previews, suggesting that negotiations may not go smoothly. It’s ironic because just recently, it seemed like things were looking up for Hana and Ethan in the previous episode! (You can catch up on earlier episodes of Season 6 by subscribing to Paramount+.)
Luckily for both of them and the other hostages, Hana manages to send a text when the angry veteran momentarily looks away, which likely indicates that Barnes and his team are en route immediately. Since Remy is on holiday, the sneak peek featuring Barnes in command hints that this episode could be just as exciting for her as it will be for Hana. Ever since Roxy Sternberg mentioned Barnes taking charge earlier this year, I’ve been eagerly waiting for this development.
It’s Ethan’s case that has me concerned, given my anticipation for the series Most Wanted to carry on for another season. I had faith that Hana would come out of the hostage situation relatively unharmed under such circumstances. Although Jess LaCroix’s departure was unexpected, his exit was not typical of how characters usually leave the show.
Michael Raymond-James has significantly enriched the show “Most Wanted” since he came on board as a character who appeared almost too perfect. However, Ethan lacks the security of a main cast member, and his continued presence on the show hasn’t felt secure since the disclosure of his drug addiction. Additionally, Ethan has been eager to prove himself to Hana, which could lead to potentially dangerous behavior during rehab.
Tune in to CBS on Tuesday, March 11 at 10 p.m. ET for the latest developments in Hana and Ethan’s hostage situation on FBI: Most Wanted. As usual, this series wraps up the evening of federal crime dramas on CBS, following FBI: International at 9 p.m. ET and FBI at 8 p.m. ET. You can also catch all three shows streaming on Paramount+.
