Final ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Trailer Reveals Female Characters Lady Deadpool and X-23

As a die-hard fan of the X-Men universe and a longtime admirer of both Deadpool and Wolverine, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming “Deadpool & Wolverine” movie. The third and final trailer has finally dropped, and it’s packed with all the action, humor, and drama fans have come to expect from these iconic characters.

As a passionate gamer, I’m thrilled to share that the long-awaited final trailer for Deadpool and Wolverine is here! And let me tell you, it brings something new to the table – the ladies of the franchise have made their grand entrance. Who are they, you ask? Why, it’s Lady Deadpool, brilliantly portrayed by Morena Baccarin, and X-23, brought to life by Dafne Keen, who left an indelible impression on us in the critically acclaimed movie Logan. So, get ready, fellow fans, as we gear up for another epic adventure with these dynamic characters!

Ryan Jackman once again brings the X-Men antihero character to life on the big screen, as previously announced and typical in the comic book movie realm. Meanwhile, Reynolds reprises his role as Deadpool, the snarky and self-aware mercenant with a penchant for breaking the fourth wall. The latest trailer for “Deadpool vs. Wolverine,” opening next week in cinemas, showcases intense scenes featuring the misanthropic duo from Marvel Comics. These two grumpy characters make an ideal match.

“Reynolds’ Deadpool character admits he often makes light of situations, yet assures us he does care deeply and intends to use his humor meaningfully. In this trailer, we get our first comprehensive look at alternate Deadpool versions such as Cowboy Deadpool and Lady Deadpool.”

Despite Lady Deadpool’s disguised identity, speculation persists over who plays the female anti-hero in the production. Close friends Reynolds and Taylor Swift, along with his spouse Blake Lively, fuel the gossip mill due to their potential suitability for the role. Both would undeniably add excitement to the audience.

In the thrilling trailer later on, Wolverine is seen sitting alone in the forest, declaring, “You may have the wrong person in mind when it comes to who I am.” Surprisingly, a reverse angle shows that he’s conversing with X-23 (also known as Laura Kinney) instead.

Shawn Levy, the director, shared with Collider that the upcoming Deadpool and Wolverine film will capture Deadpool’s unique tone but isn’t a follow-up to Deadpool 2 that I’ve previously enjoyed.

“In conclusion, as previously mentioned, this film truly embodies the Deadpool spirit, yet it’s not just another installment in the series. Instead, it’s an unique collaboration between Deadpool and Wolverine titled ‘Deadpool & Wolverine‘. “

Deadpool & Wolverine opens July 26.
