As a long-time fan of NIGO’s groundbreaking work in the fashion world, I can hardly contain my excitement for his upcoming collaboration with Nike! Ever since the rumors started swirling about their partnership last year, I’ve been eagerly awaiting any news about their project. And now, here we are, finally getting a glimpse of the “Blue Void” colorway of the Air Force 3 Low – a wildly vibrant and bold design that perfectly encapsulates NIGO’s signature aesthetic!

For more than a year now, there have been whispers about Japanese designer NIGO joining forces with Nike following their prior collaboration through his Human Made label with adidas. Subsequently, he was spotted wearing a pair of Air Force 3 Lows a few months later, sparking speculation about a potential project revolving around that design. His appearance at the Spring/Summer 2025 KENZO show in June, where he donned a vibrant pair of collaborative Air Force 3 Lows, solidified the anticipation for the upcoming campaign.

Excitedly speaking as a fan, I’m thrilled to share my perspective on the recent unveiling of the NIGO x Nike promotional graphic. What we have here is our first glimpse at the “Blue Void” colorway of the AF3 Low, and it’s nothing short of breathtaking!

As I pen this, neither NIGO nor Nike have given us a specific date on when their collaboration project featuring the Air Force 3 Low will be released. However, judging by the fresh new promotional graphic for the project (which you can see below), it seems we might get our hands on them soon. Fingers crossed, they’ll drop this fall through Nike SNKRS and selected retailers at a price of $160 USD.
