As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for hip-hop and a soft spot for Future, I must say the “SOUTH OF FRANCE (REMIX)” has been a long-awaited anthem. The original track on Mixtape Pluto was already a gem, but with Travis Scott’s magical touch, it’s transformed into a masterpiece that’s been spinning non-stop in my virtual world.
The artist Future has released the long-awaited remix of “SOUTH OF FRANCE,” featuring Travis Scott. This version of the popular track, titled “MIXTAPE PLUTO,” is the initial remix taken from the original 17-track album and has been added to the end of the LP.
Pluto starts off with the first verse. Later, Scott joins in, adding his unique “oohs” and harmonizing backing vocals. On the second verse, Scott comes in strong, rapping about being in the south of France and thinking about nights at the Moulin Rouge, expressing a desire to relive those moments again, just like Big Moe. He also mentions pouring drinks slowly, as if in slow motion, again and again.

The cut represents the newest addition to a series of partnerships with renowned hip-hop artists. Notable joint efforts include “First Off,” “3500” featuring 2 Chainz, the track “TELEKINESIS” from UTOPIA alongside SZA, and most recently, “Type Shit” on Future and Metro Boomin’s successful collaborative album titled WE DON’T TRUST YOU.
