Geoff Isenman Named CEO of Campside Media

As a huge fan of Campside Media and their groundbreaking work in the podcast industry, I couldn’t be more excited about the appointment of Geoff Isenman as the new CEO. With his extensive background in audio production, business development, and venture investing, Isenman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table that will undoubtedly benefit Campside as they continue to push the boundaries of narrative non-fiction storytelling.

Geoff Isenman, a podcast and media professional, has taken over as the CEO of Campside Media. This company is where you can find the well-known podcast series “Suspect” and “Chameleon”.

Adam Hoff, one of Campside’s co-founders and current CEO, will transition into a new full-time position focusing on managing the company’s movie and TV projects following his appointment.

Hoff, co-founded Campside Media with experienced journalists Josh Dean and Vanessa Grigoriadis. This podcast production company excels in creating reported narrative non-fiction podcasts, such as the latest release, “White Devil.” To date, they have produced over 40 limited series podcasts, along with 15 documentaries and 25 projects in progress for television and film. Campside benefits from the support of Cindy Holland’s production company, Sister.

Recently, Isenman headed AccelPro, a business he founded focusing on career advancement through audio technology. In addition, he was the mastermind behind the podcast “Big Sugar,” launched in collaboration with Imagine Entertainment and iHeartMedia. For over ten years, he has provided guidance and financial support to budding tech and media companies.

I used to work as the chief business officer at Cafe Studios, the podcasting company founded by Preet Bharara. Additionally, I was part of Some Spider Studios, which managed a collection of digital brands focusing on parenting. Later on, this company was bought by BDG Media.

Between 2008 and 2015, Isenman held the position of vice president for corporate and business development at The New York Times. During this time, he managed the company’s partnerships, investment portfolio for new ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Isenman started his professional journey at Tribeca Productions.

“Geoff’s extensive background will significantly benefit Campside, and we’re excited to have him join our team. I’ve enjoyed my tenure as CEO, but now I’m eager to devote my time to the creative aspects of our business,” Hoff expressed with joy.

“Campside’s work is truly impressive in terms of quality and scope, reflecting the dedication and enthusiasm of its founders and their assembled team. I’m excited to take on the role of leading the company, alongside Sister, during this era of significant change for the audio industry.”
