2021’s Hearthstone Core Set revamp brings back favorite cards, adjustments to card balances, and fresh debuts. To enhance gameplay enjoyment, cards causing sudden damage and other troublesome effects have been taken out. Further information about the update will be revealed as it gets closer to launch.
2025 is seeing the comeback of competitive Hearthstone matches, with a Seasonal Championship, two regular seasonals, and a World Championship setting the foundation for the esports program. Collaborating with Netease Thunderfire, the initiative promises at least $600,000 in rewards to encourage more players to join the competitive arena. The entire Into the Emerald Dream expansion will adhere to the regular pattern, including all anticipated updates and events. Following Patch 32.4, the schedule will revert back to its normal rhythm in Patch 33.0.
