Hera Pheri 3: After Paresh Rawal’s tweet, his lawyers make BIG REVELATIONS about his exit from upcoming film co-starring Akshay Kumar

The unexpected departure of Paresh Rawal from the highly awaited comedy movie, Hera Pheri 3, left many surprised. Shortly after this announcement, TopMob broke the news that Akshay Kumar’s production company, Cape of Good Films, had issued a legal notice to Rawal demanding compensation estimated at approximately 250 million Indian rupees. Now, Rawal’s representatives have spoken up about his decision to leave the film project. Keep reading!

On May 25, 2025, Paresh Rawal posted on his X platform (previously known as Twitter), “My attorney, Ameet Naik, has responded appropriately concerning my justified termination and departure. After they review my response, all disputes will be resolved.” Shortly afterward, his legal team issued their initial statement, addressing the matter in question.

Paresh Rawal’s representatives informed IANS that they didn’t provide the story, screenplay, and a draft long-form agreement as required for their engagement. Since the original producer, Mr. Nadiadwala, sent a notice to them and raised concerns about the film production, they decided to withdraw from the project and returned the deposit with interest after terminating the initial agreement.

Following the legal action taken by the film’s producers for allegedly displaying unprofessional behavior, totaling a whopping Rs 25 crore, I, as an ardent fan of Akshay Kumar, can’t help but feel the financial pinch his production house is experiencing due to Suniel Rawal’s abrupt departure. Swiftly after this unfortunate incident, Rawal returned the signing fee of Rs 11 lakhs, along with an extra 15 percent interest as a goodwill gesture.

Currently, Rawal’s legal team has countered the allegations made by the production team, which includes Akshay Kumar, regarding financial losses. They asserted that they received payment but subsequently issued an “unsustainable demand” to the actor known as OMG.

They informed us that “Initially, they accepted the funds but subsequently issued an unacceptable notice to our client, even though nothing was prepared, such as a story or clear title. Essentially, no harm has been done to our client. I hope they acknowledge this fact and discontinue any further involvement with our client.

Initially planned, Akshay not only acted but also produced the third installment of the Hera Pheri series alongside Suniel Shetty.
