As a seasoned gamer and history buff, I must say that these characters from Heroes of History are nothing short of extraordinary! Each one brings a unique set of skills and abilities that can truly make a difference on the battlefield.
To assemble an effective team to face off against adversaries, it’s crucial to identify the top-tier heroes. To aid in this decision, we’ve compiled a Heroes of History tier list that rates historic leaders, enabling you to choose wisely when selecting your leader.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve dived deep into the world of Heroes of History, and let me tell you, it’s been an absolute blast! However, when the time came to choose my heroes, things started to get tricky. The game offers a wide array of characters, each with their unique strengths, so narrowing down my choices wasn’t easy peasy.
Based on the current resources you possess, select heroes who can assist your team, regardless if they are not top-tier (S). This is because I’ve organized the Heroes of History tier list according to their attributes, allowing you to choose what suits your needs and create a team with good compatibility.
Complete Heroes of History tier list
Below you will find all the heroes ranked based on their power, and even though the top tier is mainly comprised of 5-star heroes (since they are all incredibly good), you can use pretty much any of the A-tier and even B-tier heroes depending on who you have.
Instead of heavily investing in C-tier heroes, it’s advisable to consider them less favorably due to their relatively low damage output, weak defenses, and limited support capabilities.

On the following pages, I’ve written a little bit more info on some of the best-ranking heroes. If you get any of them, I strongly recommend you invest all your resources into them, because they’ll help you clear the stages A LOT quicker.
1 Vlad Dracula
Vlad Dracula is a formidable warrior and a hero specialized in ground combat. He possesses the Vampiric Essence skill, which allows him to summon bats that drain life from opponents and restore some of the damage inflicted upon them. For every instance of damage he deals to enemies, he will recover a portion of that damage sustained.
By the very moniker, it’s clear he is a vampire – he boasts ranged attacks, deals significant damage, and his summoned minions prove invaluable assets on the battlefield for annihilating adversaries. Despite his Awakened statistics appearing somewhat disorganized (Attack, Health, Defense, and Critical Chance), they offer a well-balanced stat distribution.
2 Ragnar Lodbrok
Ragnar Lodbrok serves as both a Leader and a sturdy Infantry character. He boasts immense durability, and when activating his Lion of the North ability, he becomes even more resilient. His skill allows him to transport himself to the most distant enemy (making him an ideal match for Lagertha), provoking them as well as nearby adversaries. Upon using this skill, he also acquires a colossal protective shield.
In the game Heroes of History, Ragnar stands out as an exceptional tank. While acquiring him can be challenging due to his 5-star status, advancing him to Awaken V will significantly boost your gameplay. His base statistics are simply impressive, and his scaling abilities are also top-notch.
3 Lagertha
Lagertha serves as both a valiant warrior and a formidable champion hero. She boasts an exceptional talent called Thunderstrike, which amplifies her strength significantly and enables her to inflict tremendous damage. This unique skill targets the most powerful adversary, simultaneously increasing Lagertha’s attack speed for even more formidable combat effectiveness.
Personally, Lagertha is one of my favourite heroes in Heroes of History since her kit allows her to be pretty tanky while excelling in the damage department at the same time. At Awaken V she will become unstoppable, having received additional ATK% at Awaken I and III, for a total of 47.5% increased ATK and a whopping 130% Crit DMG. That’s just insane if you can upgrade her.
4 Robin Hood
Robin Hood serves as an adept and long-range character, excelling in dishing out significant damage to enemies from afar. His primary skill primarily zeroes in on the most distant foe, dealing a massive blow. While he operates best against a single target, his concentrated attack can effectively eliminate that particular adversary. He demonstrates exceptional effectiveness when confronting boss characters.
To maximize the effectiveness of Robin Hood’s “Sherwood’s Vengeance” ability, which causes a persistent damage over time, it may be beneficial to provide extra assistance that weakens the opponent’s Defense. Having a robust character to maintain the front line until his burn debuff takes hold would be a smart strategy.
5 Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein is not only a Genius, but also an exceptional Hero in the game Siege. His unique ability, “Everything is Relative,” allows him to create a moving black hole on the battlefield that inflicts continuous damage upon opponents. He is undoubtedly one of the most effective Heroes you could summon, and he has rightfully earned a place at the top of the Heroes of History tier list.
As the enemies are being swallowed by a black hole, their attack pace significantly slows down, almost rendering them powerless to launch regular attacks. This hero is simply incredible; once you upgrade him to Awaken IV, his attack power skyrockets. At Awaken V, he uses his ability more frequently, but it’s quite challenging to reach that level.
