In the caption, he additionally stated, “We’re heading to Cannes as ‘HOMEBOUND’. A movie that felt extraordinary from the instant it came into my world and presented my toughest role yet. This is what dreams are constructed of – pure determination, resilience, empathy, and honesty. One of the most satisfying moments in my cinematic adventure so far. At the 78th Cannes Film Festival, under the category Un Certain Regard, Homebound was chosen as an official selection, even though its identity remained undisclosed.
