As a lifestyle expert with a penchant for music and a keen eye for celebrity dynamics, I must say that the ongoing saga between Yo Yo Honey Singh and Badshah is a fascinating study of their respective careers and personalities. Their feud has undeniably been a significant part of the Indian rap scene, and it’s intriguing to witness how it continues to unfold.
Yo Yo Honey Singh has left an indelible mark on Indian rap music, setting new standards and transforming the Indian music scene in the early 2000s. Over time, he rose to become a prominent rapper within our country. In a recent turn of events, Honey Singh, who has had a long-standing feud with his former group member, rapper Badshah, expressed support for a fan who questions Badshah’s right to be a singer. The Angrezi Beat singer aligned himself with the fan’s viewpoint, indicating that his supporters stand by him in this matter.
Lately, an Instagram user shared a video expressing apologies to fans of Badshah. This was after some fans criticized him harshly in private messages for comments he made about the Tareefan singer. In a playful manner, the user spoke directly to Badshah’s followers, keeping his hands together as if in prayer.
I’d like to express my sincere apologies to all fans of Badshah, with palms together, for any offense I may have caused. I regret stating that he doesn’t deserve to be a judge on Indian Idol; in reality, he more than qualifies for the position. Furthermore, I apologize for implying that he shouldn’t be a singer at all… My words were uncalled for.” (The content creator might have said this in Hindi: “मैं बड़शाह फ़ैन्स के लिए खड़े-हाथ रखकर उन्हें अपology करता हूँ।
In the video, he additionally noted that Honey Singh was aware of the previous clip about Badshah. He wrote, “It would be good for this video to get to Yo Yo Honey Singh as well,” in his caption.

During his concert at GraFest 2024 in Dehradun, Badshah expressed a wish to reconcile with Honey Singh, the founder of Mafia Mundeer. Earlier this year, mid-performance, he spoke up about wanting to put aside any past issues between them that had been causing him distress. The songwriter from Morni was reportedly going through a tough time, and Badshah confessed to harboring resentment towards the singer of Brown Rang. Now, he wants to move forward and resolve these differences.
In an interview with India Today, Honey Singh refused Badshah’s attempts at reconciliation. The 41-year-old singer, who has previously struggled with bipolar disorder, asserted that Badshah had insulted him and ridiculed his illness. Interestingly, Honey Singh mentioned he hadn’t responded to these actions in the past.
In terms of his career, Honey Singh has recently appeared in a documentary called “Yo Yo Honey Singh Famous.” This documentary became available for streaming on Netflix starting from December 20.
