How To Obtain Gracium in Monster Hunter Wilds?

Here’s a fun take on sharing tips about Gracium in Monster Hunter Worlds, from the perspective of an enthusiastic fan:

“Hey fellow Hunters! I’ve got all the scoop on Gracium, the super-charged mineral that powers our trusty tools and weapons in Monster Hunter Worlds. If you’re like me, always seeking to upgrade your gear, then you’ll want to keep reading!

First off, let’s talk about where to find this precious resource. Gracium can be found in two main places: Ancient Forest and Coral Highlands. Keep an eye out for the large crystalline deposits that sparkle in these areas. You might also come across them while carving up monsters or breaking ore veins.

Now, if you’re like me and want to farm Gracium as efficiently as possible, here are some of my favorite farming spots:

1. Ancient Forest – Head to the Rotten Vale Ruins area, where there’s a large cluster of crystals near a fallen tree. Be prepared for some Anjanath or Rathian encounters!
2. Coral Highlands – Check out the area between the Jagras and Barroth nests. It’s not as abundant as the Ancient Forest, but it’s usually less crowded with monsters.

Remember, Gracium is a rare resource, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t find much at first. Keep exploring, keep hunting, and soon enough, you’ll have all the Gracium you need to craft those top-tier weapons and tools! Happy hunting!”

In the Monster Hunter series, including Monster Hunter Wilds, Gracium stands out as a scarcely found crafting material. Unlike Low-Rank equipment and weapons where it isn’t essential, you will find yourself needing a good amount of Gracium for High-Rank weapon creation. Similarly, to Earth Crystals and Novacrystals, Gracium is exceptionally hard to come by as a drop.

As a gamer, I’ll occasionally get my hands on Gracium as a reward for wrapping up Side Quests. Yet, the amount you get isn’t much considering the pile of it needed to construct some endgame gear. For example, crafting the entire Artian set calls for 24 units of Gracium, along with other hard-to-find materials.

It’s great news that you can effortlessly gather some spots for farming Gracium in the game. Here is all the essential information about Gracium, along with tips on how to efficiently get it in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Where To Find Gracium in Monster Hunter Wilds?

In the game Monster Hunter Wilds, the mineral known as Gracium is hidden within the chilly expanse of the Icy Peaks, a region accessible on the map following your successful conquest of Uth Duna in Low Rank. However, it’s important to note that you cannot gather Gracium from Low Rank Iceshard Cliffs. Instead, you must advance to the High Rank before you can start collecting this valuable resource.

When you vanquish Jin Dahaad, the Peak Monster of Iceshard Cliffs, for the first time in High Rank, you receive a significant amount of Gracium. Subsequently, to collect more of this resource, you’ll need to mine or gather it from the Outcrops. Similar to other scarce minerals, Gracium has a low drop rate, meaning you won’t typically obtain much of it from a single outcrop.

How To Farm Gracium in MH Wilds?

Gracium is a relatively uncommon resource and isn’t associated with any additional quests. However, you may receive Gracium as rewards during festive events, specifically when completing all the Oilwell Basin side quests. Unfortunately, this amount isn’t sufficient to craft an entire armor set on its own.

It’s great that certain sections of the Iceshard Cliffs map offer numerous mining outcrops close together. One such area even has a nearby Pop-up Camp, which happens to be an ideal spot for farming Gracium. In this region, you will find three Mining Outcrops strategically placed quite closely. What’s more, these outcrops are mere meters away from the Pop-up Camp itself. The only potential downside of this route is that it’s infested with Guardian monsters.

The Pop-Camp lies near a location known as Wyrmway, a hub where many Guardians and even stronger Tempered Monsters originate. While gathering Gracium, if monsters start approaching the Hunter, use the Ghillie Mantle to remain inconspicuous and evade detection.
