This weekend marks Independence Day, so get ready for another 24-hour adventure that feels like stepping into a strange, mysterious world – just like entering The Twilight Zone.

Starting this coming Friday, July 4th at 5:00 a.m. ET, I’ll be diving into SYFY’s epic Fourth of July marathon! Kicking things off is “The Four of Us Are Dying,” a gripping tale about a guy (Harry Townes) who has the uncanny ability to reshape his visage whenever he pleases. The adventure through the fifth dimension continues well into the wee hours of Saturday, wrapping up with an hour-long Season 4 episode titled “Of Late I Think Of Cliffordville.” In this one, a shrewd tycoon (Albert Salmi) strikes a deal with the Devil (Julie Newmar), selling his soul in exchange for another shot at rebuilding his empire from scratch. Can’t wait to join you all on this unforgettable journey!

Jodi Serling, Rod Serling’s eldest daughter, expressed her gratitude in late 2024 when discussing the annual marathons dedicated to his groundbreaking series with SYFY WIRE. She noted that if he were aware of this, “he was such a humble man; I don’t think he would have fully grasped the influence he would have on our society.” As she matures, her appreciation for his societal contributions deepens, and she continues to learn more about him.
