It was disclosed through Savannah reading a letter from Julie that she had been consulted by a prison doctor due to a possible tumor. However, it’s uncertain if this is the health concern that Todd Chrisley seemed worried about following the recent sentencing.
Following her incarceration in early 2023 at Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, Julie Chrisley has been serving her prison term. Simultaneously, Todd has been residing in a Federal Prison Camp in Florida. Initially, Todd was given a 12-year sentence and Julie, seven years. However, towards the end of 2023, their sentences were reduced, offering hope among the couple’s legal team that further reductions might be granted.
In June of this year, Mrs. Chrisley’s conviction was reversed due to insufficient evidence supporting her awareness of the financial crimes she allegedly committed. Savannah showed excitement but also emphasized that further efforts were necessary. Initially, Jay Surgent aimed for Julie’s release by spring or summer of 2025; however, Savannah had a different plan, with hopes for her mother to be home around Thanksgiving this year.
