This film not only left audiences rolling with laughter but also broke numerous box office records by earning a staggering Rs 857 crore globally.

Despite the movie’s tremendous success, it ignited a disagreement among viewers. Some attributed the film’s triumph to Rajkummar’s performance, while others emphasized the contributions of his co-stars, particularly Shraddha Kapoor. In an interview with ETimes, Rajkummar spoke candidly about this topic. He stated, “It would be foolish to believe that Stree succeeded because of me.

I can’t help but emphasize that the triumph of this film is nothing short of miraculous, all thanks to the profound affection the audience holds for the tale and its initial installment. To make it clearer, it was the sheer dedication and tireless effort from our entire team that truly propelled us towards success.

He admitted to playing a significant role as an actor, notably in his portrayal of Bikki, but was quick to add that he wasn’t the only one responsible. “Absolutely, did I make a difference as an actor? Definitely, I gave it my all. As Bikki, definitely, I put forth my best.
