If anyone can get us a Bloodborne remaster, it’s Kai Cenat

As a long-time fan of FromSoftware games, I can confidently say that Kai Cenat is the undisputed Elden Beast among us. With his mastery over the Soulsborne series, he’s made a name for himself that even Hidetaka Miyazaki would appreciate.

In addition to Hidetaka Miyazaki, it’s accurate to describe Kai Cenat as the uncontested champion of FromSoftware titles, renowned for conquering Soulsborne games. He has demonstrated this prowess by completing Elden Ring and its associated Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

It’s clear that Elden Ring may seem like a casual stroll for Cenat, given his history of playing Soulsborne games extensively. With countless hours invested in FromSoftware’s game universe under his belt, he has a good understanding of the developer’s style. However, it appears that he might have a preferred title among them.

Kai Cenat champions Bloodborne remaster

Kaichu clarifies why he initially chose Bloodborne to play. His aim was to draw attention to both @PlayStation and @fromsoftware_pr, hoping that they would consider remastering or remaking the game for PC versions. 🤞🤞

It’s no secret that fans love Bloodborne, with the 2015 gothic Soulsborne taking us to the decaying realm of Yharnam for its own take on vampires. While many games since have been given the remaster treatment, Bloodborne sadly remains untouched, gathering dust on the PlayStation 4.

Currently, Cenat is deeply engrossed in his Bloodborne marathon. When a fan inquired if there was any way he could persuade FromSoft to release a remaster or long-discussed PC port, Cenat responded, “I’m not sure I have the power to make that happen, but I certainly can draw attention to this topic within the Souls community.”

Boasting about his skills in the Soulsborne series, the streamer commented, “It seems as though the game developers have studied my playstyle closely. As a result, I think it’s only fair for me to try and influence the storyline to see what will unfold.”

It’s not solely FromSoftware who has the power to decide on a remaster or PC release of the game, as PlayStation holds significant influence due to its ownership. According to Cenat, there’s been a high demand for this specific title to receive an upgrade and a version compatible with PC. He himself hasn’t played it yet, but since joining the community, he feels compelled to ask them if they could possibly work on such a project.

Monthly it appears there’s a Bloodborne remaster rumor swirling around, and at practically every PlayStation event, Bloodborne becomes a hot topic. Equally common are whispers of a legendary PC version, yet it remains elusive. The modding possibilities for such a release are tantalizing to imagine.

Recently, Miyazaki himself expressed his desire for a PC version of the PlayStation exclusive game, which he believes would allow more fans to experience Yharnam. Unfortunately, it seems that even the collective wishes of us, Cenat, and Miyazaki aren’t enough to bring about its return. Wishfully, Sony was aware of the treasure they have overlooked.
