Given Antonio’s frightened expression throughout the skit, I can understand why the singer felt compelled to joke about offloading her emotional baggage with her therapist.

If Ariana Grande hosts Saturday Night Live again in the future, I’d be thrilled to see her reprise her role as Antonio. This could also provide an opportunity for Maya Rudolph and Andy Samberg to make a return, given that they may not frequently reappear as Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff in their political roles anymore. The unique sketch featuring Ariana as Antonio has been well-received and garnered millions of views, making it likely to become one of SNL’s most memorable sketches.
Although Ariana Grande’s hosting stint is over, the upcoming hosts and musicians on SNL Season 50 continue to be just as thrilling.
