As a long-time follower and admirer of both Tyler, the Creator and Supreme, I can confidently say that this upcoming collaboration is the perfect storm of streetwear excellence. With Tyler’s history as an early adopter of the brand and his unwavering love for its aesthetic, it feels like a match made in skateboarding heaven.
Prior to unveiling its Fall/Winter 2024 line, Supreme is igniting excitement among fans by displaying fresh wheatpastings featuring Tyler, the Creator. These eye-catching posters have been popping up on Brick Lane in London. In the images, the artist from the “Call Me If You Get Lost” album can be seen sporting a green box logo T-shirt, subtly concealing a vibrant neck scarf, and wearing a brown hat tied at the top.
As a gamer, I’m unsure if Tyler is teaming up with the iconic streetwear brand to create pieces for their upcoming line or if he’s just the face of their FW24 campaign. However, plenty of people believe that a collaboration between Supreme and the rapper has been a long time coming.

Tyler, a significant figure in the 2010s, helped Supreme gain widespread popularity. He was one of the few who discovered the brand among the skate shops in Los Angeles’ Fairfax district. His fashion choices, such as wearing a tie-dyed Kaws box logo hoodie from Supreme at the MTVU Woodie Awards in 2011 and a leopard Supreme camp cap while receiving the Best New Artist award at the MTV Video Music Awards that year, caught everyone’s attention. In his song “Orange Juice” from 2010, he even mentioned Supreme: “Box Logo hoodies and goodies, from buddies that understand that Bastard was buzzing like Woody, so we get it for free.” Since then, Tyler has consistently been spotted wearing Supreme’s signature items during high-profile events like Coachella, the Grammys red carpet, and casual press appearances. This long-standing connection between the two makes a collaboration seem very fitting.
In August, Supreme shared pictures of NBA YoungBoy wearing a vintage BOGO Tee by Kenneth Cappello. This design later appeared in the Fall/Winter 2023 collection as a Photo Tee. It’s possible that Tyler’s photograph may appear on garments this season, or he might play an even more significant role in designing the collection. Only time will reveal Supreme’s true plans.
